New Office Building in Downtown Bucharest developed under Vitalis team coordination

Vitalis Consulting is involved in the development of a new 10,000 sq. m office building

Starting with 2017, Vitalis Consulting is involved in the development of a new 10,000 sq. m office building, as a first collaboration between our company and AKCENT DEVELOPMENT SRL, the project’s Beneficiary.


Ideally located in the business heart of the city, at no. 108-112 Mihai Eminescu Street, the office building will be just a 5 minute walk from the prestigious Romana Square, one of the most important commercial areas in Bucharest.

Moreover, the building will benefit from excellent access by public transport, being only a few minutes away from the metro and bus stations, providing the future employees with the possibility of reaching the location comfortably and conveniently.

The building comprises 7,650 sq. m above ground of GBA, on 7 floors and 3,014 sq. m underground of GBA on two basements. Within this project Vitalis team was appointed to handle both the pre-construction and the construction phases. In the pre-construction phase we provided Project and Cost Management services, as well as Coordination in Obtaining the Building Permit, Design Coordination, Budgeting, Scheduling and Tender Coordination.

In the construction phase we are offering Project and Cost Management services, along with Site Inspection, Health and Safety Coordination and Project Monitoring for the Lender. As Lender’s
Representative, Vitalis reports all the relevant aspects related to the construction works, considering both cost and scheduling.

The project is currently in the Testing and Commissioning stage, being prepared to be delivered to Client.
