CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
Monitoring aspects of the project of particular interest to the client for compliance with agreed targets and industry standards, taking action as necessary on the basis of predetermined delegated powers.
PROGRAMMING & MANAGEMENT
Preparing the master programme for the project including programs for each sub-process and an action plan to monitor and control progress and produce reports.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Organizing, co-coordinating and controlling the design, permitting & construction processes to meet pre-agreed performance criteria, from concept to completion.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Organizing the tendering, awarding and administration of maintenance contracts for a property or estate via a planned programme, in order to give the client transparency and control of overall costs.
QUALITY CONTROL
Site supervision, control and enforcement of the quality standards throughout the construction process in compliance with design specifications and local norms.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our site managers are supervising and keeping records of all the processes and the project managers keep you informed on every situation on site, completing difficult projects on time and to budget.
DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Our aim is to take care of your project from starting to completion, from concept and design to completion of project, in a close partnership with you and your team. By understanding your needs, we support you during the whole process and make sure that the project will be a success.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Throughout the entire life cycle of the project, we keep you informed on any potential market changes and stay prepared, at any time, to face difficulties and deal with them successfully.
DISPUTE MANAGEMENT
