We are also establishing detailed procurement requirements and ensure that all appropriate contract and purchase agreements are negotiated in the client’s best interest. From single rooms to entire offices we have the expertise to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget, in all areas of construction and fitting.

OFFICE FIT-OUTS

Whether you need a single office or have a complete multi floor project, we can provide you with the services you need, by managing all aspect of your new office interior including demolition of existing conditions; glazed partitions; workstations, desks and furniture; electrical, data and communications installations; relocation. In all projects, we implement an internal management quality assurance program to ensure that the highest levels of quality are achieved. Our team initially analyzes the unique needs and develops unique solutions to those needs within the time and budget constraints, and executes the whole project on a turnkey basis by acting as the Principal Contractor coordinating all elements of the project.

REFURBISHMENTS

To help you relocate or just renovate your office is not a problem for us; refurbishment services available and at your disposal include specification tendering, space planning and design; office partitions, glazing, blinds and doors; ceilings, flooring and decoration; electrical and mechanical alterations or installations up to supply and installation of office furniture.

Moving to a new office space or refurbishment of the office fit out can be a real problem to your company , especially when it comes to finding the right provider that will meet your unique needs for office fit out, and able to achieve your objective within your budget. The experience of your consultant ensures the success of your project and provides you with a cost-effective investment at the beginning and during the entire course of the project, making sure that you will have a full effective functional office in due time.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Once the relocation process ended, our job there is not done. We can provide you with post relocation services, acting as Technical Manager for the space, gathering all issues that need to be solved and making sure that the solutions become concrete facts as soon as possible. Keeping a close contact with Responsible Parties (IT Contractor, Building Contractor, Furniture and Partition Contractor, etc), we are keeping you informed at all moment about the status. We can extend the services up to coordinating the office supply, maintenance of equipments, etc.
