We are working to identify the financing resources that would help you make your project more than just an idea: we are working together in order to conceive the finance programme structure and we are preparing the necessary documentation in order to submit the project to the Intermediary Organism.

ELABORATION OF THE FINANCING DOSSIER

Project description and establishment of procurement list;
Establishing the strategic business objectives according to the proposed investment;
Filling in the request for financing;
Preparing the business plan (if necessary);
Preparing the feasibility study (if necessary);
Submitting the project and the Appendix to the Intermediary Organism;
Assistance during the project’s evaluation for solving potential discrepancies.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FINANCE PROGRAMME

Following the approval of the financing programme by the Authority of Management /Intermediary Organism, we are coordinating and supervising the development of activities within the project in order to successfully implement your project;
Monitoring and coordinating the project’s activities;
Tendering for the procurement and services included within the project;
Periodical reports on project’s progress;
Payment reports for financial deduction.
