Vitalis Consulting recently obtained the Energy Performance Certificate for Floreasca 2 Business Center, a project representing an office area, the beneficiary of the building being Dinu Patriciu Global Services. The development is located on Banu Antonache street, District One, having an area of over 9,200 sq m and a regime of height of 2B+GF+5 Floors.

Another building for which Vitalis Consulting performed evaluations and issued Energy Performance Certificate is Romana Offices, developed also by Dinu Patriciu Global Services, with an area of 3,900 sq m and having a regime of height of 2B+GF+5 Floors. The project covers up to 2,460 sq m of lettable offices and 34 secure parking spaces in the building’s underground parking.

For the developer Nova Imobiliare with The Colosseum project, a retail project, Vitalis Consulting obtained also the Energy Performance Certification. The project is designed as shopping and entertainment location, with over 20,000 sq m, being developed in two phases, “The Retail Park” and “The Malls”.
