Vitalis Consulting participate in the renovation of four buildings in terms of outdoor and indoor architectural works, the works aim the modernization of the existing apartments with a new configuration, new furnishings, sanitary objects and ceramic tiles for the bathrooms and also the building of a 4 external staircases for evacuation in the interior court of the hotel.
The location of the new hotel is in downtown Bucharest, within the complex of Radisson Blu Hotel and it’s near several important milestones such as Bucharest’s main cultural, fashionable shopping and business districts: the famous Romanian Athenaeum Concert Hall and Old Town are both just a walk away. Public transport is handy, granting easy access to the Henri Coandă International Airport.
The Hotel compounds 20 sections, with different height levels as follows: B+G+M+8E+T section E, B+G+M+8E+T section F1, B+G+M+7E+T section F2, B+G+M+7E+T section G1 and S+P+M+7E section G2.
The access to the sections: F1, F2, G1 and G2 is made from Lutherana Street, but the access for section E is made from George Enescu Street. These buildings have 210 apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 rooms.
The building complex also hosts a big shopping area and a fitness center with indoor and outdoor pool.
Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest provides in totally 210 rooms and apartments, lobby lounge and bar, four meeting rooms, an all-day access restaurant, a pre-function area and 80 parking spaces.
The new brand addresses the medium market, while Radisson Blu covers the upper – upscale segment, the Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest will be a 4* star Hotel with a total area over 12,600 sq. m and the hotel was opened on the 1st September 2015.
